If you've run a digital-first brand as a brand manager and now want to go deep where AI meets marketing, this one's for you.

We've built India's 1st Creative Diversity-led Marketing System. It has two layers:

01 | At the core

Our own AI platform, built in-house with tech folks from IITs and NITs, and UI/UX design and product leader from WinZo.

02 | On top of it

Senior marketers from HUL, PepsiCo and Airtel, senior creative folks from Ogilvy and media folks from WPP.

We aren't a typical agency. We're a system. We handle a brand end to end and own the outcome.

What's in it for you

- Ownership, not coordination. You run brands end to end, from strategy to growth plans to results.
- Speed you haven't had before. Go from insight to dozens of creatives to live tests in days, not weeks.
- Answers instead of guesses. See which persona, message and format actually move the numbers.
- A seat at the AI table.

Your learnings help shape the platform that runs the work.
- Mentors who've done it. Learn from people who built brands at HUL, PepsiCo and Airtel, and campaigns at Ogilvy and WPP.

You're a fit if you

✓ Have 3+ years as a brand or marketing manager, with real time on a digital-first brand (D2C, ecommerce, app-first, content or performance-heavy)

✓ Think like an owner, not a coordinator

✓ Know your funnels, CAC, LTV and testing, and love scaling what works

✓ Want to go deep where AI meets marketing, not just use a few tools

✓ Speak the language of both brand and numbers

If you've felt marketing should move faster and be smarter than it does today, come build that with us.
