We’re looking for a Client Servicing Associate who understands agency environments, thinks like a brand custodian, has a creative eye, and communicates with clarity and confidence.

If you enjoy managing client relationships, ideating social media content, collaborating with designers, and translating brand strategy into compelling communication, this role is for you.

What you’ll do

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage day-to-day brand requirements.
- Build strong, trusted relationships and understand client objectives, market dynamics, and competition.
- Ideate social media content, campaigns, topical posts, and creative concepts aligned with brand strategy and audience needs.
- Develop content themes and social media calendars, translating brand objectives into engaging communication.
- Work closely with designers by developing transparent creative briefs, sharing references, and providing constructive feedback on creatives.
- Collaborate with strategy, creative, and research teams to deliver integrated brand and marketing campaigns.
- Manage timelines, workflows, approvals,



and expectations to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all communication and creative assets.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and campaign reviews with strategic clarity.

What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or client servicing.
- Prior agency experience (client servicing/account management preferred).
- A strong understanding of social media, content formats, and creative communication.
- The ability to generate content ideas, write engaging copy, and translate briefs into actionable creative directions.
- An eye for design and the ability to work effectively with designers to bring ideas to life.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational ability, with experience handling multiple projects and stakeholders.
- A problem-solver mindset, attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership.
