Role Description The Branch Manager at UGS GOLD LOAN will oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring smooth and compliant execution of gold loan processes and customer service activities. This full-time, on-site role based in Palghat involves managing staff, supervising cash and gold handling, monitoring loan documentation, and maintaining branch security and regulatory adherence.

The Branch

Manager will be responsible for achieving business targets, developing local marketing initiatives, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring high service quality. The role also includes training and guiding team members, resolving customer issues, preparing operational and financial reports, and coordinating with regional and head office teams to support overall business growth.

- Candidates should possess solid branch operations and team management skills, including staff supervision, workflow planning, and performance monitoring.
- Candidates should possess customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to handle queries, resolve issues, and build trust with diverse customers.
- Candidates should possess basic financial and lending knowledge, including understanding of loan products, interest calculations, documentation, and compliance requirements.
