? BRANCH MANAGER – INCRED FINANCIAL SERVICES LTD / LAP
? Job Responsibilities:
- Manage overall branch operations and business growth.
- Drive LAP (Loan Against Property) business and achieve monthly targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team.
- Generate business through DSA, connectors, and direct sourcing.
- Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Ensure proper credit quality, documentation, and policy compliance.
- Monitor login, approval, and disbursement targets.
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in NBFC / Banking sales.
- Relevant experience in LAP / Mortgage Loans preferred.
- Prior experience as a Branch Manager or Team Leader preferred.
- Strong leadership, team handling, and business development skills.
- Valuable knowledge of the local market and customer network.
