What began as a book blog has become Bookbins Private Limited: a book publishing and marketing company built for authors who want more than just printing. We published Satori by Dr. Nimit Oza, make our own bookish merchandise, and help authors in India and abroad reach readers through a community of 300k+ book lovers.

With our new website, every step of publishing now happens in one place: submissions, packages, contracts, author dashboards and launches. Now we're looking for three people who will learn the whole business with us and grow as Bookbins grows.

- Author Partnerships & Sales Manager (Remote, India)

Guide authors from the first conversation to a signed agreement, and sell our publishing, marketing and launch packages.

Freshers and people with up to 2 years of experience are welcome. Each role comes with hands-on training across the business, pay reviews at 3, 6 and 12 months, and incentives linked to results.
