Role Description

We are hiring an experienced BOPP Operator to join our production team at the Nrich Water Plant.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Warangal, Telangana. The selected candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring BOPP labeling machines used in the bottle-labeling process, ensuring smooth production, accurate labeling, and consistent quality standards.

Candidates must have relevant experience in operating BOPP labeling machines or similar industrial labeling equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor BOPP labeling machines used in the bottle-labeling process.
- Ensure accurate label placement, proper alignment, and consistent labeling quality.
- Monitor machine performance and maintain smooth production operations.
- Conduct routine machine inspections and perform basic troubleshooting.
- Identify and report machine faults, production issues, and technical concerns.
- Carry out routine cleaning and preventive maintenance as required.
- Maintain production records and report daily output to the concerned supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with production targets, quality standards,



and workplace safety procedures.
- Coordinate with the production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area.

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience operating BOPP labeling machines or similar industrial labeling machinery.
- Knowledge of bottle-labeling processes, machine settings, and quality checks.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot minor machine issues.
- Understanding of preventive maintenance and production safety procedures.
- Ability to work in shifts and meet daily production targets.
- Good attention to detail and a responsible approach to machine handling.
- Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Profile

BOPP Machine Operator / Labeling Machine Operator / Production Machine Operator with practical knowledge of automated bottle-labeling systems and production-line operations.
