Role Description The BFSI + IT Trainer role at Anudip Foundation is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The trainer will deliver structured classroom sessions on banking, financial services, insurance, and core IT concepts, ensuring that learners gain job-ready skills aligned with industry requirements. Daily responsibilities include lesson planning, conducting theory and practical sessions, monitoring student performance, and providing individualized feedback and support.





The role also involves creating and updating training materials, using e-learning tools where appropriate, conducting assessments, and maintaining training records. The trainer will collaborate with center staff to support placement efforts and contribute to continuous improvement of course content and teaching methods.

Qualifications

- Ability to train and teach effectively, with experience in classroom Training and Teaching for entry-level or vocational learners.
- Strong Information Technology knowledge, including basic hardware/software concepts, MS Office tools, and commonly used digital platforms.
- Experience with E-Learning tools and platforms, and comfort using digital resources to enhance training delivery.
- Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and related applications used in training labs.
- Understanding of BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance) concepts and processes, or willingness to upskill quickly in this domain.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly to diverse learner groups.
- Minimum graduate degree in any discipline; certification or diploma in IT, BFSI, or vocational training is an advantage.

- Prior experience as a trainer, faculty, or instructor in skill development, BFSI, or IT training will be considered beneficial.
