Role Description The Billing Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Mohali. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end billing process for US Logistics, trucking, including preparing and issuing invoices, and ensuring timely and accurate payments. Daily tasks also include responding to customer billing inquiries, assisting with account reconciliations, and contributing to efficient operations within the finance and logistics functions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Billing Process and Invoicing to manage accurate and timely billing activities.
- 1 year of hands-on experience in U.S. drayage/OTR billing operations.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and billing or accounting software.
- Solid attention to detail, organization, and time management skills are required.
- Relevant education in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
