Job OverviewWe are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Bench Sales Recruiters. This opportunity is suitable for freshers and candidates with up to 5 months of experience who are interested in building a career in US IT Staffing and Recruitment.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and a willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Market available IT consultants to suitable job requirements.
- Identify and connect with IT recruiters, staffing companies, and vendors to generate opportunities.
- Market consultant profiles through job portals, recruiting networks, and qualified platforms.
- Coordinate with recruiters and vendors regarding requirements, submissions, interviews, and placements.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with vendors and recruiters.
- Negotiate rates and coordinate with vendors to close suitable opportunities.
- Follow up regularly on submitted profiles and interview opportunities.
- Understand job requirements and match suitable consultants accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of consultant availability,



submissions, interviews, and placements.
- Achieve daily and weekly marketing and submission targets.

Requirements
- Freshers and candidates with 0–5 months of experience are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with prior experience in Bench Sales or US IT Recruitment will also be considered.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong follow-up and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of US IT Staffing is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
