Role Description The Beauty Advisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area.

The Beauty

Advisor will engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable Kimirica products, offering personalized guidance on skincare, bath and body, and fragrance selections. Daily responsibilities include demonstrating product features, explaining ingredients and benefits, and maintaining in-depth product knowledge to support an elevated customer experience. The role involves driving retail sales, managing visual merchandising standards, and ensuring shelves are well-stocked and presented.





The Beauty

Advisor will also handle customer queries, assist with billing or check-out processes, and support in-store events or promotions as needed.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in cosmetology and skin care, with the ability to assess customer needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Solid product knowledge across skincare, bath and body, and fragrance categories, with an interest in vegan and cruelty-free formulations.
- Excellent customer service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and a welcoming, professional demeanor.
- Proven retail sales abilities, such as upselling, cross-selling, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Prior experience in beauty, wellness, or luxury retail environments is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area on a full-time schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining store hygiene and merchandising standards.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems are an advantage.
- Formal training or certification in cosmetology or skincare is beneficial but not mandatory.
