Role Description The Beauty Advisor role at Kimirica is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. In this role, the Beauty Advisor will welcome and assist customers, provide personalized product recommendations, and offer guidance on skincare, bath and body, and wellness products aligned with Kimirica’s brand values.

The Beauty

Advisor will demonstrate product usage, explain ingredients and benefits, and help customers create tailored self-care routines. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining visual merchandising standards,



managing inventory on the sales floor, supporting retail promotions, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves handling customer queries, ensuring an excellent in-store experience, and building long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and retail sales skills, with the ability to engage customers and drive in-store conversions.
- Solid product knowledge in beauty, bath and body, and wellness, including the ability to explain features, benefits, and usage.
- Foundational understanding of skin care and cosmetology principles to provide safe, informed recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Prior experience in beauty retail, luxury lifestyle, or hospitality environments is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Delhi, India, including weekends and peak retail hours.
- Attention to detail in visual merchandising and store presentation, with strong organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale systems; fluency in English and local languages is a plus.
