Role Description The Beautician role at Shubham Beauty Salon is a full-time position based in Noida with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some tasks to be completed from home when appropriate. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing beauty services such as facials, skincare treatments, hair care, basic makeup, and grooming services according to client needs and salon standards. The role involves consulting with clients, understanding their preferences, recommending suitable treatments, and ensuring a comfortable experience.





The Beautician will maintain cleanliness of workstations and tools, follow hygiene and safety protocols, and support front-desk activities such as appointment scheduling when needed. The role also includes staying informed about recent beauty products and techniques, and participating in training to enhance service quality.

Qualifications

- Professional training or certification in beauty therapy, cosmetology, or a related field.
- Practical experience providing salon services such as facials, skincare, hair treatments, and basic makeup application.
