Job SummaryPyramid Cafe Lounge & Bar is looking for skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders to join our team across multiple locations, including Firozpur, Hisar, and upcoming new outlets. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of beverage preparation, bar operations, customer service, and responsible alcohol service.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails and mocktails.
- Maintain consistency in beverage quality, taste, presentation, and portioning.
- Handle bar setup, mise en place, and closing procedures.
- Ensure proper stock management, inventory control, and timely replenishment of bar supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar counter, equipment, glassware, and workstations.
- Follow company SOPs, service standards, and applicable liquor licensing regulations.
- Provide excellent guest service and handle customer requests professionally.




- Coordinate with the F&B; service team to ensure smooth bar operations.
- Monitor stock consumption, minimize wastage, and maintain records as required.
- Ensure responsible alcohol service in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.

Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, hotel, lounge, or bar is preferred.
- Knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, and beverage preparation techniques.
- Understanding of bar inventory, stock handling, and hygiene standards.
- Good communication and guest-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment and flexible shifts.
- Candidates with prior Lounge & Bar experience will be preferred.
