Barista – Specialty Coffee & Beverage Service

SAPA Bakery, a unit of KAFFEEKLATSCH FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED, is growing our team! We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic Baristas to join us at our Gokulam location in Mysore.

About the Role:

As a Barista, you will be a key part of our front-of-house team, crafting exceptional coffee and beverages while delivering outstanding guest experiences. This role is perfect for individuals eager to develop their coffee knowledge and customer service skills in a vibrant, creative workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffees, teas, and other beverages to the highest standards
- Engage warmly with guests, taking orders and providing product recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized barista station and seating area
- Operate coffee machines and grinders with care, ensuring consistency in every cup




- Support the team with opening, closing, and daily operational tasks
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines

What We’re Looking For:

- Prior experience as a barista or in a café environment preferred
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is an advantage
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
- Passion for coffee, hospitality, and delivering memorable guest experiences
