Role Description This is a full time, hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial work from home.

The Azure

DevOps + Splunk + Dynatrace professional will design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows in Azure DevOps. Daily responsibilities include managing infrastructure deployments, optimizing Kubernetes-based environments, and ensuring system reliability on Linux platforms. The role involves configuring and monitoring Splunk and Dynatrace for observability, performance analysis, and incident resolution, while collaborating with development, operations, and security teams. The individual will also contribute to best practices for DevOps, improve build and release processes,



and support continuous improvement of the overall software delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Software Development principles and practices, enabling effective collaboration with development teams.
- 10+ years of Hands-on experience with Continuous Integration and Integration workflows, particularly using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
- Practical expertise with Kubernetes for container orchestration, deployment, and scaling of applications.
- Proficiency working with Linux environments, including scripting, system administration, and troubleshooting.
- 10+ years of Experience configuring and using observability and monitoring tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace.
- Understanding of cloud platforms (preferably Microsoft Azure), including infrastructure-as-code and automation.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a hybrid, collaborative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to document processes and technical configurations clearly.
