About REFA

REFA Chemical Industries Pvt. Ltd. is a manufacturer of industrial metal cleaning, degreasing, surface preparation, metal treatment chemicals, cutting fluids, and allied specialty chemicals, serving automotive component manufacturers, engineering industries, and metalworking companies.

We are looking for an experienced Industrial B2B Sales Executive to expand our customer base across Haryana.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop recent business with automotive component manufacturers, metalworking units, and metal manufacturing industries.
- Conduct regular factory visits across Gurugram, Manesar, Dharuhera, Bawal, Rewari, Faridabad, and other industrial hubs in Haryana.
- Promote industrial metal cleaners, degreasers, surface preparation chemicals, cutting fluids, and allied products.
- Coordinate product trials, technical demonstrations, quotations, negotiations, and order conversions.
- Build relationships with purchase, production, quality, and technical departments.
- Achieve monthly sales and new customer acquisition targets.
- Maintain daily customer visit reports and sales pipeline updates.

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

Only candidates with prior sales experience in the following product categories should apply:





- Industrial metal cleaning and degreasing chemicals
- Metal surface preparation and pretreatment chemicals
- Cutting fluids and metalworking fluids

Candidates must have experience selling these products to automotive component manufacturers, metal component manufacturers, engineering industries, or other metal manufacturing companies.

- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of relevant industrial chemical sales experience.
- Existing customer relationships in Haryana's automotive and metal manufacturing industries preferred.
- Strong technical product understanding and B2B sales capabilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively for industrial customer visits.
