Location: PAN India

Executes the provisioning layer of the IRE build across compute, container, and storage services for the in-scope PayorOps workloads. Creates and configures EC2 instances, Lambda functions, and the EKS cluster, and validates node groups, ingress, and workload scheduling inside the isolated network. Provisions and sizes S3 buckets (59 buckets, 98.7 TB), FSx for Windows (800 GiB), EFS, and DynamoDB tables, and confirms encryption, lifecycle, and access policies align to the IRE security baseline. Enables the observability stack — metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, and alerting — so recovery progress and setting health are measurable during failover testing. Works with the Backup Recovery SME to confirm restored data lands correctly on provisioned storage and that capacity is sufficient for full-volume restore. Performs component-level testing for network, storage,



and platform services ahead of application deployment. Supports functional testing and validation in cloud, which is Responsible/Accountable to Cognizant. Documents provisioning and observability procedures for the operations handbook.

Skills: 8+ years AWS provisioning, EKS, S3/FSx/EFS/DynamoDB, CloudWatch or equivalent observability platforms, capacity planning.
