Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced DevOps & Cloud Infrastructure Leader to design, build, and scale secure, reliable, and cost-efficient cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AWS, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD automation, and cloud-native architecture, with the ability to support enterprise applications and high-growth technology platforms.

Strategic Leadership & Architecture

- Define and execute the organization's cloud, DevOps, and infrastructure strategy aligned with business growth and technology roadmaps.
- Own enterprise cloud architecture, infrastructure modernization, scalability, availability, and resilience.
- Drive cloud adoption, platform engineering, automation, and engineering excellence initiatives.
- Partner with executive leadership, application engineering, security, and business teams to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing DevOps, SRE, cloud infrastructure,



and platform engineering teams.
- Build organizational capabilities through workforce planning, technical leadership development, and succession planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or similar tools.
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated application deployment.
- Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident management solutions.
- Ensure cloud security, IAM controls, compliance, availability, and disaster recovery.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure costs, performance, and resource utilization.
- Collaborate with software engineering, security, and architecture teams to improve deployment reliability.
- Establish DevOps best practices, automation standards, and infrastructure governance.

Required Skills:

- Robust hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and architecture.
- Expertise in Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent IaC tools.
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages.
- Knowledge of Linux administration, networking, IAM, and cloud security.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or CloudWatch.
- Strong troubleshooting, system design, and automation skills.
