Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. Naukri, Indeed, Shine and Linkedin etc..)
Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.
Will be responsible for employee life cycle management.
Organize and conduct induction sessions.
Monitor key HR metrics, including time‐to‐fill, time‐to‐hire and source of hire.
Resolve complex employee relation issues and address grievances.
Update and maintain training and induction records.
Coordinate and conduct employee engagement and R & R events.
Should assist in day‐to‐day HR activities.
What You Need to Succeed
B.Com/ BMS (Any Graduate)
MBA preferred.
