? WE’RE HIRING | ASSOCIATE – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS (IPR)

IPR Awareness & Innovation Promotion Forum (IAIPF) is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate – Intellectual Property Rights to join our team and support our work in intellectual property protection, prosecution, and innovation promotion.

If you have an interest in Intellectual Property Law and enjoy legal drafting, research, and procedural work, we would love to hear from you!

? Key Responsibilities

- Drafting reply to examination report, opposition, counter reply and evidence affidavits.
- Monitoring application status, deadlines, hearings, and procedural requirements.
- Conducting basic legal and IP research and preparing case summaries and research notes.
- Creating high-quality content for reports, presentations, social media, and awareness initiatives
- Assisting in planning and execution of workshops, training sessions, and outreach programs

Qualifications

- LLB / LLM
- Robust research, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in content writing,



documentation, and report preparation
- Effective communication and presentation abilities
- Prior experience will be an advantage
- Ability to work independently and in a team with a proactive and organized approach
- Familiarity with MS Office tools and virtual meeting platforms
- Bachelor’s/Master’s student or recent graduate in Law, Engineering, Management, Science, or related fields
