We support airline cargo operations through sales development, customer relationship management, coordination, and productive cargo handling support, ensuring smooth operations and business growth.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant – Sales Support (Cargo GSSA) to support the cargo sales team in Hyderabad. The candidate will assist with sales coordination, customer communication, shipment follow-ups, documentation, reporting, and coordination with airlines, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure smooth cargo sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide administrative and operational support to the cargo sales team.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customers, airlines, and internal departments regarding cargo bookings and shipment requirements.
- Assist in preparing quotations, rate sheets, sales proposals, and other commercial documents.
- Maintain customer databases, sales records, booking details, and shipment-related documentation.
- Follow up with customers and sales teams regarding bookings, cargo availability, rates, and shipment status.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly sales reports, including booking updates and revenue-related data.
- Support the sales team in identifying business opportunities and maintaining customer relationships.
- Coordinate with operations teams to resolve shipment-related queries and ensure timely updates to customers.
- Assist in tracking sales targets, market updates, and customer performance.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely updating of internal systems and reports.
- Perform other sales support and coordination activities as assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with logistics, aviation, or supply chain qualifications will be preferred.
- 5 years of experience in sales support, air cargo, logistics, freight forwarding, or the aviation industry is preferred.
- Basic understanding of air cargo operations, cargo sales, and GSSA business will be an advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain records, and work within deadlines.
- Customer-focused approach with a willingness to learn and support business development activities.
