We're now building a SaaS platform that helps wedding venues, banquets, resorts and hospitality businesses manage leads, automate customer interactions, improve conversion, and operate more efficiently. While our initial focus is venues and hospitality businesses, the vision extends much further.

We’re looking for a hands-on, data-driven marketer who can turn insights into action and drive user growth, engagement and retention. Someone who combines creative thinking with analytical skills, takes ownership and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage user communications across email, WhatsApp, push notifications, in-app messages and website banners.




- Plan and execute campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, retention and reactivation.
- Build personalized user journeys using audience segmentation, behavioural triggers and marketing automation.
- Analyse campaign performance and funnel metrics, run A/B tests and identify opportunities to improve conversions.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Content and Tech teams to improve website experience and user journeys.
- Lead cross-functional projects from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
- Explore and implement AI tools and automation workflows to streamline processes and scale execution.

What We’re Looking For

- 2–5 years of experience in growth marketing, CRM, lifecycle marketing or a related role.
- A strong ownership mindset, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- A balance of creative thinking, analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
- Strong communication, project management and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms like CleverTap, MoEngage or WebEngage.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like GA4, Mixpanel or similar platforms.
- An interest in AI tools, workflow automation and experimentation to drive business outcomes.
