CTC: ₹5–8 LPA (Depending on Experience)

DeAge, a science-led healthy ageing and longevity brand, is expanding its operations across D2C, doctors, specialty clinics and healthcare institutions.

Our portfolio includes DeAge TOTAL, our flagship longevity formulation, nutritional supplements and an emerging specialty healthcare and peptide business.

We are looking for a hands-on, commercially oriented Accounts & Commercial professional who can independently manage accounting, banking, taxation, sales accounting, inventory coordination and commercial operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & KRAs

Accounting & Banking

Manage daily accounting, ledger maintenance, bank transactions, reconciliations, vendor payments, collections and monthly closing of accounts.

GST, TDS & Statutory Compliance

Handle GST documentation, return preparation, TDS compliance, invoicing, credit/debit notes and coordination with auditors and tax consultants.

Sales Accounting & Commercial Operations

Manage sales invoicing, purchase orders, customer accounts, pricing, discounts, receivables and payment follow-ups across D2C, doctors, clinics and institutional channels.

D2C Sales Reconciliation

Reconcile website sales, payment gateway settlements, refunds and customer transactions.

Inventory & Vendor Coordination

Monitor stock movement, batch-wise inventory, expiry dates, purchase documentation, supplier payments and reconciliation with manufacturing and logistics partners.

Specialty Healthcare Commercial Support

Coordinate commercial documentation, billing,



vendor transactions and order execution for the emerging peptide and specialty healthcare business in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

MIS & Profitability Reporting

Prepare monthly sales reports, cash-flow statements, outstanding reports, SKU-wise margins, channel-wise profitability and management MIS.

Commercial Cost Control

Monitor product costs, gross margins, operating expenses and commercial efficiencies to support profitable business growth.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

- 4–8 years of experience in accounting and commercial operations.
- Preferably from pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, healthcare, FMCG or D2C businesses.
- Robust working knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, TDS, banking and Advanced Excel.
- Experience in sales accounting, inventory management, purchase documentation and commercial coordination.
- Understanding of D2C transactions, B2B invoicing and customer collections.
- Ability to independently manage routine accounting and commercial responsibilities.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a proactive, ownership-driven approach.
