ASSISTANT DESIGNER - MENSWEAR

Troy Costa is a luxury menswear label known for its distinctive design sensibility, contemporary tailoring, and refined craftsmanship. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Assistant Designer to work closely with the Designer in developing collections, with a strong focus on prints, embroidery, surface ornamentation, and design ideation.

Troy Costa is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Assistant Designer to work closely with the Designer on collection development, with a focus on prints, embroidery, and surface design.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with design ideation, mood boards, and trend research.
- Develop print concepts, embroidery motifs, and surface embellishments.
- Explore colour palettes, fabrics, textures,



and innovative design details.
- Coordinate with vendors and sampling teams to execute design concepts.
- Assist with artwork development, sampling, and collection documentation.

Requirements

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in fashion design.
- Strong interest in prints, embroidery, and textile development.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong creative sense, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant design work.
