We’re Hiring: Asset Manager – Airport Infrastructure & Asset Lifecycle

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Asset Manager to manage the complete lifecycle of airport assets, including infrastructure, facilities, IT, security systems, contracts, licences, warranties, and renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and manage the airport asset register and lifecycle records.
- Handle contracts, AMCs/CMCs, licences, warranties, and statutory renewals.
- Manage vendor relationships, SLAs, and contract compliance.
- Maintain asset documentation and audit-ready records.
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, IT, procurement, and finance teams.
- Monitor asset performance, renewal schedules, risks, and budgets.

Required Skills & Experience:





- 10–15+ years of experience in asset, infrastructure, facilities, engineering, or airport operations management.
- Strong experience in contract management, renewals, compliance, and vendor coordination.
- Exposure to airports, transportation, utilities, data centres, or other critical infrastructure is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Infrastructure, or a related field.
