We’re Hiring: Art Therapist | Gurgaon (In office) | Full-time

We’re looking for an Art Therapist to join our multidisciplinary clinical team in Gurgaon. You’ll help patients express what words can’t, and support their emotional and psychological recovery through structured, art-based therapeutic work.

What you’ll do

- Run daily rounds in the inpatient (IPD) unit and keep residents engaged through therapeutic activities
- Conduct art therapy sessions in the outpatient (OPD) department
- Design individualised art therapy plans based on each patient’s needs
- Deliver clinical programs as directed by the Centre Head and Medical Director
- Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists and other departments




- Lead workshops and CMEs to support outreach and PR initiatives
- Share ideas to improve programs and patient outcomes

What we’re looking for

- Master’s degree in Psychology
- Diploma or Certification in Art Therapy (mandatory)
- 0–2 years of experience in art therapy. Exposure to mental health, rehabilitation or clinical settings is a plus.
- Strong command of art therapy techniques and creative interventions
- Empathy, emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills
- Comfort working in a multidisciplinary team
