The Area Operations Manager (AOM) is responsible for the end-to-end operational performance of all jewellery stores within an assigned geographic area. The role owns store-level sales delivery, inventory discipline, customer experience, compliance, and team & franchise management — acting as the critical link between store teams and central functions (Sales, Merchandising, Franchise/Dispatch, HR, IT, Support Operations). The AOM ensures every store in the area/region operates to brand standard, hits its business targets, and resolves issues quickly, escalating only what genuinely requires central intervention.
