Role Description This is a full-time, in office Architect role based in Surat. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing design drawings and 3D models, and coordinating with interior, landscape, and engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients to understand requirements, preparing presentations and design documentation, ensuring compliance with local codes and sustainability standards,



and supporting LEED and high-performance design goals.

The role involves collaborating with project managers to plan schedules and resources, reviewing construction drawings, conducting site visits, and resolving design and coordination issues during execution. The Architect will contribute to design reviews, maintain project records, and support continuous improvement of design processes and standards within the studio.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with demonstrated ability to translate client requirements into functional, aesthetic, and sustainable solutions.
- Experience in Project Management, including coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing timelines and deliverables, and supporting project documentation and reporting.
- Familiarity with Integration and Software Development concepts as they relate to BIM, digital design workflows, and interoperability between design and project management tools.
- Proficiency in relevant design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit or other BIM tools, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite) and strong visual presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; registration or eligibility for professional licensure is an advantage.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles, LEED or equivalent green building standards, and interest in high-performance architecture.
- Ability to work on-site in Surat, collaborate effectively within a studio environment, and communicate clearly with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders
