Role Description The Architect role at Achal Developers is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, creating detailed designs, and preparing drawings and documentation that align with project requirements and regulations. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with project managers, engineers, and contractors, reviewing design feasibility, and ensuring integration of structural, mechanical, and other systems into the overall design.

The role also involves site visits to monitor progress, address design-related issues,



and support project execution from planning through completion.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate requirements into practical and visually compelling solutions.
- Experience in Integration and Software Development related to architectural tools or BIM platforms, enabling efficient design coordination and documentation.
- Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Knowledge of building codes, local regulations, and sustainable design principles, with attention to safety and compliance.
- Ability to use relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar) and prepare clear drawings and technical documentation.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to work effectively with diverse stakeholders on-site.
- Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent) and applicable registration or licensure, where required.
