ABOUT THE ROLE

Neso Academy is looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Aptitude & Reasoning Instructor who can simplify complex concepts and help students develop solid problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of quantitative aptitude and logical reasoning, along with strong communication and presentation skills to explain concepts clearly through engaging lectures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Teach quantitative aptitude and logical reasoning concepts for competitive examinations.
- Prepare and deliver recorded video lectures, live sessions, and short educational videos.
- Explain concepts, shortcuts, formulas, and problem-solving techniques in a simple and structured manner.
- Develop practice questions, quizzes, and exam-oriented study materials.
- Solve numerical and reasoning problems with step-by-step explanations.
- Help students strengthen their analytical thinking, speed, and accuracy.
- Ensure accuracy and quality in all educational content.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS





- Strong conceptual knowledge of quantitative aptitude and logical reasoning.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, student-friendly manner.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Confidence in delivering lectures in front of a camera.
- Prior teaching or content creation experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
