We are seeking an SCCM Analyst for SCCM - Compute Team with a strong foundation in Windows operating systems and end-user support, together with hands-on experience in application packaging and Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) software deployment. The role will primarily focus on packaging, testing, deploying, troubleshooting, and maintaining applications across enterprise Windows endpoints.

- Package, test, and deploy enterprise and third-party applications using SCCM/Microsoft Configuration Manager.
- Create and maintain MSI, MST, EXE, PowerShell, and silent installation/uninstallation packages.
- Configure SCCM Applications, Deployment Types, detection methods, requirements, dependencies, collections, and deployments.
- Publish and manage applications through Software Center.
- Perform application compatibility, installation, uninstallation, upgrade, and rollback testing.
- Monitor deployments and troubleshoot application installation, content, detection, and deployment failures.
- Support application upgrades, vulnerability remediation, and removal of obsolete or unauthorized software.
- Coordinate with application owners, Security, Service Desk, and infrastructure teams.
- Maintain accurate application packaging, testing, and deployment documentation.

What We Are Looking For

- Hands-on experience with SCCM/Microsoft Configuration Manager.
- Experience in Windows application packaging and enterprise software deployment.
- Knowledge of MSI, MST, EXE, and silent installation technologies.
- Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
- Experience with SCCM Applications, Deployment Types, Detection Methods, Requirements, Dependencies,



Collections, Packages and Programs, and Software Center.
- Ability to troubleshoot application packaging and SCCM deployment failures.

Valuable to Have

- Experience with PSAppDeployToolkit (PSADT).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Intune application deployment.
- Experience with software vulnerability remediation and application lifecycle management.
- Experience with enterprise application packaging tools such as Advanced Installer, Master Packager, or InstallShield.

Experience and Education

- 2-5 years of overall IT experience, preferably with a foundation in Windows/Desktop Support.
- Hands-on experience in SCCM and application packaging/deployment is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.

Pre-Requisites

- Good understanding of Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
- Prior experience in Windows end-user/Desktop Support and operating system troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of Windows Registry, services, processes, Event Viewer, file/folder permissions, and user profiles.
- Understanding of 32-bit and 64-bit applications, application compatibility, and installation/uninstallation troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
