Job Responsibilities

Support towards Due Diligence, Sector Coverage and Business Development

- Support the team in financial and commercial due diligence of the clients including analysis and interpretation of financial statements including preparing trading and transaction comparable, modeling & valuations and benchmarking for companies.
- Participation with the team in business development activities to reach out to potential clients
- Preparing internal documents and memos / pitches for prospective deal situations with robust qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Creating a well-rounded information base around the select vertical(s) and the businesses that allows the team to identify key trends, drivers, viewpoint on the future trajectory, etc.
- Comfortable in undertaking multi-source research from databases, analyst coverages,



industry and company reports

Deal Execution

- Collateral preparation including detailed financial model, investor memorandum, valuation materials, data book
- with analysis and insights.
- Manage the due diligence process, gradually front
- end the relationship with the respective client representatives
- Assist in the overall deal coordination with the senior team in monitoring
- the portfolio

Eligibility

- Graduates with 1-3 years of experience in Private Credit space.
- Should be a self-starter with a high energy level, orientation for excellence, accountability, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent written & spoken English is a must
