Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for an AI Video Creator cum Video Editor. The role involves conceptualizing and producing video content that showcases VISCO India’s real estate and property management services, using AI-powered tools and conventional video editing software. Day-to-day responsibilities include scripting short and long-form videos, assembling raw footage, applying transitions, effects, sound, and graphics, and optimizing content for digital platforms.

The AI Video Creator cum Video Editor will collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to understand business goals, translate them into engaging visual storytelling, and maintain brand consistency across all video outputs.



The role also includes managing video asset libraries, staying updated on emerging AI video technologies, and delivering projects within agreed timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Solid video editing skills using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and familiarity with motion graphics tools.
- Hands-on experience with AI-based video creation tools and platforms, including text-to-video, image-to-video, or automated editing solutions.
- Ability to plan and script video content, including basic storytelling, visual structuring, and alignment with marketing and brand objectives.
- Knowledge of digital and social media platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn) and best practices for video formats, resolution, and audience engagement.
- Basic understanding of sound design, voiceovers, and music selection, ensuring clear audio and compliance with licensing requirements.
- Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and ability to maintain consistent branding, typography, and color palettes across video assets.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams on-site in Gurugram.
- Prior experience in real estate, property management, or corporate B2B video content is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Film, Media, Digital Communication, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
