Hiring: AI Validation Tester (GxP and CSV) Experience: 5+ years Location: Remote/India

We are looking for an experienced AI Validation Tester to join our team in an Agile environment, ensuring compliance and rigorous testing for AI, RPA, and GxP-regulated systems.

Key Responsibilities

Validation amp; Testing: Execute functional, integration, regression, and validation protocols for GxP, CSV, and AI-enabled solutions.

AI amp; RPA Evaluation: Test RPA automated processes and evaluate AI/GenAI outputs for accuracy, hallucination, bias, consistency, and expected behavior.

Compliance amp; Documentation: Manage requirements traceability, test evidence, audit trails, and data integrity (21 CFR Part 11).

Defect Tracking: Log and track issues using Jira and qTest.





Requirements and Good-to-Haves:

5+ years of software testing experience in pharmaceutical/life sciences or regulated industries.

Solid expertise in GxP, Computer System Validation (CSV), and risk-based validation approaches.

Mandatory experience testing RPA and automated business workflows.

Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Microsoft Copilot, or AI governance and model risk management.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and regulatory audits/inspections.
