Role Description The AI Video Editor – Short-Form Content is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore Urban. This role involves editing short-form video content optimized for platforms such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and similar channels, using AI-assisted tools and traditional editing workflows. Day-to-day responsibilities include assembling raw footage, selecting highlights, refining pacing, applying color grading, adding motion graphics, and integrating text or graphic overlays to enhance storytelling.

The professional in this role will collaborate closely with content strategists, designers,



and marketing team members to maintain brand consistency and experiment with current formats. The role also includes organizing media assets, adapting content for different platforms, and staying up to date with trends in AI video editing and short-form content.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for short-form content.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and appeal.
- Experience creating Motion Graphics and integrating Graphics into videos.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or similar).
- Familiarity with AI-powered video editing tools and workflows is highly beneficial.
- Understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for short-form video.
- Strong visual storytelling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under time-sensitive deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in an on-site team environment in Bangalore Urban.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is a plus, though equivalent practical experience is also valued.
