The role

You'll turn stories into cinematic, binge-worthy episodes using AI tools, from first frame to final cut.

What you'll do

- Create characters, scenes and episodes using AI video, image and voice tools
- Keep characters and the visual style consistent across episodes
- Edit, add sound, music and pacing
- Find faster, better ways to produce, and help build our production playbook
- Work closely with the Storytelling Lead to bring scripts to life

You'll fit if you

- Have a portfolio of AI-generated films, reels or shorts (this matters more than your CV)
- Experience working with tools like Higgsfield, Kling, Runway, Veo, Midjourney, ElevenLabs or similar
- Have a robust sense of framing, editing and emotion
- Love short-form storytelling and know what makes people keep watching
