Role Description The Mobile Delivery Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida . This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of mobile performance campaigns, ensuring timely launches, optimal pacing, and achievement of client KPIs across CPI, CPA, CPC, CPL, APK, and Smartlink formats. Day-to-day activities include coordinating with internal teams and external partners, monitoring campaign performance, troubleshooting delivery issues, and optimizing traffic sources for better conversion and retention.

The Mobile Delivery

Manager will also document processes, prepare performance reports, maintain accurate forecasts, and contribute to improving delivery workflows and best practices. The role requires close collaboration with sales, account management, operations, and technology teams to maintain high service quality and strong partner relationships.

Proven experience in Mobile Affiliate & Performance Marketing

Strong understanding of CPI, CPA,



CPL & ROAS-based campaigns

Experience in managing and scaling high-volume, quality traffic globally

Strong knowledge of traffic sources, user acquisition & campaign optimization

Ability to scale campaigns while maintaining quality, ROI and performance

Strong understanding of mobile app acquisition and monetization

Proven track record of working with competitive and high-growth app verticals

Strong industry network and ability to develop/maintain advertiser or partner relationships

Working experience required:- 2-4 years

Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for interpreting performance data, identifying trends, and making data-informed optimization decisions.
- Candidates should possess solid Program Management capabilities to plan, execute, and track multiple mobile campaigns and delivery initiatives simultaneously.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage partners, and present explicit performance insights.
- Candidates should possess proven Team Management experience to guide delivery specialists, coordinate workloads, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Candidates should possess Consulting skills to understand client objectives, advise on campaign strategies, and recommend solutions that improve outcomes.
- Experience in mobile advertising, affiliate marketing, or performance marketing (CPI/CPA/CPC/CPL/APK/Smart link) is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with tracking platforms, attribution tools, and basic ad operations workflows is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage shifting priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
