Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Plan campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness.
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies focused on leads, conversions, and ROI.
- Monitor CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROAS and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Conduct audience, keyword, and competitor research.
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Coordinate with the creative/content team to develop high-performing ad creatives and copies.
- Maintain a proven track record of campaign performance by showcasing specific campaigns and measurable results, such as leads generated, conversions, ROAS, reduced acquisition costs, or revenue growth.

Proven Track Record:

Candidates must have demonstrable results from managing Meta Ads and/or Google Ads campaigns. You should be able to showcase specific campaigns and measurable outcomes, such as leads generated,



conversions, ROAS, reduced cost per acquisition, or revenue growth. Candidates who can share case studies, campaign screenshots, or performance reports will be preferred.

Must Have:

- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads – Mandatory.
- Strong understanding of digital/performance marketing.
- Good analytical and campaign optimization skills.
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills – Mandatory.
- Ability to independently manage campaigns.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Digital/Performance Marketing.
- Strong practical experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads – Mandatory.
- Proven ability to analyze campaign performance and deliver measurable results.
- Strong understanding of CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
- Ability to present and explain campaign performance and results confidently.
