Admission Counsellor | Mayoor School, Siliguri

Mayoor School, Siliguri is looking for an experienced Admission Counsellor. You will be the first person families meet when they consider our school. This role suits someone who enjoys guiding parents, understands what a child needs from a school, and can represent the school with warmth and honesty.

What you will do

Handle admission enquiries in person, by phone, by email and on WhatsApp

Show families around the campus and explain our academics, day boarding, boarding and transport

Guide parents through the admission form, the required documents and the fee structure

Follow up on every enquiry and keep records up to date in the school CRM

Work closely with the Admission Head and the school office, and represent the school at admission events

What we are looking for

At least 3 years of experience in school admissions or education counselling

Fluency in English, Hindi,



Nepali and Bengali

Moderate computer skills: email, MS Office or Google Workspace, and CRM or spreadsheets A genuine understanding of education and of what both parents and children need The ability to work within school policy and give families clear, accurate information

We welcome both residential and non-residential candidates.

Salary: As per industry standards; negotiable based on experience and interview
