About the Opportunity

LSBF India is expanding its online programme portfolio and invites experienced academics and industry practitioners to join its adjunct faculty network across Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, and Data Science.

We are looking for subject matter experts who combine academic depth with practical industry experience to deliver engaging, rigorous, and career-relevant learning. Key Responsibilities

- Deliver live online sessions aligned with the programme curriculum and defined learning outcomes.
- Bring concepts to life through industry examples,



case studies, and practical applications.
- Prepare and contribute to teaching materials, learning activities, and assessments in collaboration with the academic team.
- Facilitate discussions and encourage active participation in a virtual learning environment.
- Mentor learners, address subject-related queries, and support their academic progress.
- Assess assignments and projects, providing timely, constructive feedback.
- Maintain academic rigour and follow programme delivery and assessment standards.
- Collaborate with programme teams to strengthen content relevance and the learner experience.

Qualifications and Experience

- A strong academic background in the relevant discipline; a Ph.D. is preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of substantive industry experience in Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, or Data Science.
- Demonstrated academic or teaching delivery experience in the relevant subject area.
- Proven experience delivering online or virtual programmes.
- The ability to explain complex concepts clearly and connect theory with professional practice.
- Strong communication, facilitation, mentoring, and learner assessment skills.
- Confidence working with learning management systems and virtual teaching platforms.
- A commitment to learner success within a rigorous, outcomes-driven curriculum.
