Role Overview

ENNOVI is looking for an experienced Active Directory L3 Engineer to manage and troubleshoot enterprise identity and Windows infrastructure. The role requires solid hands-on expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows Server, DNS/DHCP, LDAP and Microsoft Entra ID, along with the ability to resolve complex incidents, perform root-cause analysis and support hybrid identity environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), including users, groups, computers, OUs, permissions and account lifecycle management.
- Troubleshoot complex authentication, account lockout, access, AD replication and Domain Controller issues.
- Configure, manage and troubleshoot Group Policy Objects (GPOs),



including policy application and security settings.
- Provide L3 support for Windows Server environments, including maintenance, upgrades and infrastructure changes.
- Manage and troubleshoot DNS and DHCP services and support LDAP-integrated applications.
- Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including users, groups, roles, permissions and authentication.
- Support hybrid identity environments, including Entra Connect/Azure AD Connect, directory synchronization, MFA and Conditional Access.
- Investigate critical and recurring incidents, conduct root-cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
- Use PowerShell for administration, troubleshooting and routine task automation.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity and network teams to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides and knowledge-base articles.
- Follow ITIL/ITSM processes for incident, problem and change management while meeting defined SLAs.

Mandatory Technical Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory.
- Group Policy administration and troubleshooting.
- Windows Server administration.
- DNS and DHCP configuration and troubleshooting.
- LDAP and directory-integrated authentication.
- Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD.
- Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Enterprise-level incident troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
- Understanding of hybrid identity and directory synchronization.
- Basic to intermediate PowerShell scripting.
