Job Purpose/ Summary

Lead day-to-day Accounts Receivable operations, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and reporting, while managing team performance, compliance, and continuous process improvements.

As the Accounts Receivable Team Lead, you will spearhead the daily operations of the Accounts Receivable department, ensuring the seamless execution of invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and reporting.

Your role is pivotal in managing team performance, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and driving continuous process improvements. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency in all accounts receivable activities. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure alignment and smooth operations across departments.

Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a high-performance culture, developing team members, and achieving excellence in people management. You will also play a key role in implementing effective credit control measures to minimize outstanding debts and enhance cash flow. Your analytical skills will be essential in preparing comprehensive reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.

Lead and supervise the Accounts Receivable team ensuring efficient handling of invoicing collections and reconciliationsbr Monitor daily AR operations to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements SLA Turnaround Time TAT and quality standardsbr Review customer reconciliations thoroughly and resolve any escalations promptly to maintain customer satisfactionbr Ensure timely collections and implement effective credit control measures to minimize outstanding debtsbr Prepare and review comprehensive AR reports and dashboards to provide insights and support decisionmakingbr Drive process improvements and support automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiencybr Coordinate effectively with Sales Finance and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth operationsbr Coach train and develop team members to foster a highperformance culture and achieve people excellence
