We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage accounting operations, customer billing, payment reconciliation, refunds, and chargeback disputes, particularly involving US-based customers.

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR).
- Handle customer billing, invoice verification, and recurring subscription payments.
- Reconcile payment gateways, merchant accounts, bank statements, and accounting records.
- Manage refunds, payment disputes, chargebacks, and retrieval requests.
- Prepare chargeback representment documentation and submit supporting evidence within deadlines.
- Monitor payment processing fees, settlements, discrepancies, and revenue leakage.
- Prepare financial reports, reconciliation statements, and management updates.
- Ensure accurate financial records, internal controls, and data security compliance.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting,



Finance, or a related field.
- 3–6+ years of relevant accounting and payment operations experience.
- Strong knowledge of billing, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and SUMIFS.
- Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, Tally, or Zoho Books.
- Familiarity with payment gateways such as Stripe, PayPal, or Authorize.net.
- Strong analytical skills, numerical accuracy, and communication skills.

Preferred Experience
- US payment processing and international transactions.
- Hands-on chargeback and payment dispute resolution.
- Subscription billing and merchant account reconciliation.
- Experience with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover dispute processes.
