Role Description The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and preparation of financial statements. The role involves handling GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances, supporting income tax and regulatory filings, and reconciling bank and vendor accounts. The Accountant will collaborate with consultants to ensure accurate data for audits, payroll processing, and reporting, and will maintain organized records for clients and internal use.

This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Alwar, requiring regular coordination with team members and clients to support the firm’s accounting and compliance services.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in bookkeeping, ledger management, and preparation of financial statements.
- Candidates should possess skills in GST and Income Tax operations, including returns, TDS handling, and statutory compliance.
- Candidates should possess skills in bank reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable, and basic payroll processing.
- Candidates should possess skills in using accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP or similar tools) and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Candidates should possess skills in documentation, attention to detail, and maintaining accurate records for audits and regulatory filings.
- Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field are preferred.
- Skilled certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CMA Inter, or equivalent) will be considered an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Alwar, manage multiple client accounts, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly with team members and clients.
