Role Description The Accounting Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The individual in this role will oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, manage daily accounting operations, and ensure accurate posting of journal entries.

Responsibilities include maintaining and tracking fixed assets, supervising monthly and year-end closing activities, and supporting finance-related reporting and compliance.

The Accounting

Manager will collaborate with internal teams, provide analytical insights to management, and help strengthen internal controls and accounting processes.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in finance and the preparation and review of financial statements.
- Hands-on experience with journal entries and day-to-day accounting operations.
- Ability to manage and account for fixed assets, including capitalization, depreciation, and disposals.
- Well-developed analytical skills for variance analysis, budgeting support, and decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA) are an advantage.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Strong organizational, communication, and team collaboration skills.
- B.Com / M.Com preferred.
- 7–15 years of relevant experience in accounting.




- Experience in wholesale, trading, distribution or electrical products will be an advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP 9 / Tally.
- Handle sales, purchase, receipt, payment, debit note, credit note and journal entries.
- Prepare and assist with GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciliation.
- Maintain GST sales and purchase registers and support GSTR-9 preparation.
- Handle TDS, Professional Tax and GST-related accounting and documentation.
- Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
- Maintain and reconcile Debtors and Creditors accounts.
- Prepare age-wise Debtors & Creditors outstanding reports and follow up on discrepancies.
- Prepare Stock Statements, stock reports and physical stock vs book stock reconciliation.
- Maintain inventory accounting for electrical products and coordinate with the warehouse team.
- Prepare P&L;, Balance Sheet and other accounting schedules for CA/audit requirements.
- Prepare Cash Flow and Fund Flow statements when required.
- Prepare financial and stock-related statements required by banks.
- Handle accounting documentation related to imports, payments and bank submissions.
- Coordinate with CA, banks, customers, suppliers, sales, purchase and warehouse teams.
- Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and supporting documents.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / Tally
- Strong understanding of GST & TDS
- Experience in Debtors & Creditors reconciliation
- Knowledge of Ageing Reports and BRS
- Experience in Stock & Inventory Accounting
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Good accounting and reconciliation skills
- Strong attention to detail

Qualification & Experience

- B.Com / M.Com preferred.
- 7–15 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Experience in wholesale, trading, distribution or electrical products will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00-₹45,000.00 per month
