Role Description The Account Manager – Social Media & Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role manages day-to-day client relationships, oversees social media and marketing campaigns, and ensures projects are delivered on time and aligned with client objectives. Typical responsibilities include developing content and campaign calendars, coordinating with creative and design teams, monitoring performance metrics, and preparing regular reports and insights for clients.

The Account

Manager will also support brand strategy development, handle feedback and revisions, and contribute to new ideas that strengthen client brands in digital and offline channels.

Qualifications





- Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts and marketing campaigns for brands, including content planning, posting, and performance tracking.
- Strong client servicing and account management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and build long-term relationships.
- Ability to collaborate with creative, design, and copy teams to develop cohesive brand communication across channels.
- Comfort with social media tools, analytics platforms, and basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts such as engagement, reach, and conversion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to present ideas and reports in a clear, structured manner.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines on-site in a rapid-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field; agency experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Interest in brand building, creativity, and staying updated on social media trends and emerging marketing practices.
