Position: Senior Accountant

Location: Adarsh Nagar, Delhi

Experience: 7+ Years

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent (M.Com/CA Inter preferred)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, GST, TDS, bank reconciliations,

vendor payments, and finalization of accounts.

Key Responsibilities

•

Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.

•

Process and monitor vendor payments while ensuring timely settlements.

•

Prepare and reconcile Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).

•

Handle GST compliance, including return filing, reconciliations, and input tax credit verification.

•

Manage TDS calculations, deductions, return filing, and reconciliations.

- Assist in the finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.

•

Prepare journal entries, ledger reconciliations, and maintain accurate financial records.

•

Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.

•





Maintain compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations.

•

Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

•

Possess a basic understanding of Bank Guarantees (BG), including documentation and tracking.

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.

Required Skills

•

Strong knowledge of AP, AR, GST, TDS, and accounting principles.

•

Experience in vendor payment management and bank reconciliations.

•

Hands-on experience in account finalization.

•

Basic knowledge of Bank Guarantees (BG).

•

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (such as Tally ERP/Tally Prime, Busy, or ERP systems).

•

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

•

Solid communication and interpersonal abilities.• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

CA inter

•

CA Inter or relevant accounting certification will be an added advantage.
