Role Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, compliance activities, and vendor/payment processes within the organization. The individual in this role will oversee end-to-end account management, including monitoring financial performance, reviewing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with internal processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading the accounts team, setting priorities, allocating workloads, and supporting accurate and timely reporting.

Head will collaborate with leadership to optimize financial operations, implement best practices, and contribute to strategic decision-making for the business.

Qualifications

:• Manage end-to-end accounting operations and financial record maintenance

- Handle vendor payments, invoicing, reconciliations, and expense tracking
- Monitor daily accounting entries, bank reconciliations, and ledger management
- Prepare MIS reports, financial summaries, and operational accounting reports
- Coordinate GST data preparation, TDS deductions, compliance records, and audit support
- Manage petty cash, reimbursements, and employee/vendor settlement processes
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of invoices, vouchers, and financial records
- Coordinate with internal teams for approvals, payment closures, and financial tracking
- Support monthly closing activities and maintain accounting accuracy
- Assist management with budgeting support, expense analysis, and financial coordination
- Ensure timely completion of accounting processes and compliance-related activitie, responsible for maintaining E-Commerce financial records and marketplace reconcilations.
