The DevOps Engineer is responsible for building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure utilizing knowledge in continuous integration, delivery, and deployment, cloud technologies, container orchestration, and security. The role requires building and testing end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that systems are safe against security threats. As a ServiceNow Senior Developer, a typical day involves designing and implementing new development tools and infrastructure to support software development processes.

This includes setting up and maintaining continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines, managing cloud-based environments, and orchestrating containerized applications. The role also requires ensuring the security and reliability of systems throughout the development lifecycle, collaborating with various teams to streamline deployment processes, and troubleshooting any issues that arise to maintain smooth operations.





You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert in your domain. You will actively participate and contribute in team discussions, and contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize deployment workflows and infrastructure, ensuring that tools and environments are aligned with organizational goals.

You will monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability and scalability of the platforms you support.

You will assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices, helping build a strong technical foundation across the team. You will work on configuring and enhancing ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery capabilities, integrating them with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments. You will apply a strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous delivery methodologies and enforce security best practices in software development and deployment.

You will troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues efficiently, minimizing downtime and maintaining smooth delivery for business stakeholders. This position is based at the Hyderabad office and offers an opportunity to grow within Accenture's global delivery network.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD)
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD) as a must-have skill
- Experience with cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies




- Robust understanding of continuous integration and continuous delivery methodologies
- Knowledge of security best practices in software development and deployment
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues efficiently
- 15 years full time education is required
- Ability to perform independently and become an SME within the team
- Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams

Preferred

- Experience building and testing end-to-end CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with managing cloud-based environments and orchestrating containerized applications
- Experience monitoring system performance and implementing scalability improvements
- Prior experience guiding and mentoring junior team members on best practices
- Exposure to DevOps tooling for build, deployment automation, and release management
