Job Description:

- 1. Supply Chain Planning & Inventory Management

- Support demand planning and inventory management across all channels

- Partner closely with merchandising to align buying plans with supply chain capabilities

- Drive optimal inventory levels across warehouses and stores to balance availability and

- working capital

- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain experts, driving data-driven analyses and

- performance assessments

- Play a key role in market growth strategies and long-term planning outside of core SCM

- scope

- Own financial KPIs, prepare budgets, and manage country SCM finances within guidelines

- 2. Warehousing & Distribution

- Oversee warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, and outbound processes

- Ensure efficient allocation and replenishment to stores and online channels

- Optimize warehouse processes for speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency

- Manage 3PL partners and ensure adherence to SLAs

- Own product integrity and ensure stock is kept in a safe and secure manner. Implement

- quality checks at inward & outward stages as per guidelines. Handle refurb of minor defect

- stock and periodic liquidation of non-sellable stock

- 3. Retail & E-commerce Fulfilment

- Ensure timely and accurate replenishment to stores

- Drive seamless order fulfilment for e-commerce channels





- Keep 100% uptime of VMS systems to ensure availability of explicit footage of forward and

- reverse shipments for dispute resolution

- Ensure high order book fulfillment for B2B partners

- Minimize stock-outs and excess inventory across channels

- Align supply chain priorities with business needs (launches, campaigns, peak periods)

- Continually work towards reducing delivery TATs and optimizing per shipment costs across

- channels

- Grow the warehouse network across the country based on demand and work towards

- same/next day deliveries.

- Optimize return shipments costs and help to minimize bad returns and maximize SPF claims

- from vendors

- 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with Merchandising, Retail, Finance, and E-commerce teams

- Align supply chain planning with product launches, promotions, and seasonal demand

- Support business planning cycles with data and insights

- 5. Performance & Process Excellence

- Track and improve key supply chain metrics (inventory turns, fill rate, ageing, etc.)

- Identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements across the supply chain

- Build structured reporting and review mechanisms

- Prepare and Update detailed SOP documents for all processes

- Ensure Stock Audits are done as per annual schedule and with minimal to no shrinkage
